《史泰德與法蘭克——攝影書與藝術民主化》


德國藝術出版巨匠格哈德.史泰德(Gerhard Steidl)與美國攝影大師羅伯.法蘭克(Robert Frank)的合作,堪稱當代攝影社群中最具代表性的夥伴關係,深刻地影響了當代攝影的發展。本展由格哈德.史泰德親自策劃,聚焦於攝影書作為民主藝術物件的核心理念及其創新實踐,並將特別呈現他與羅伯.法蘭克的共創過程,讓觀眾得以深入認識這段傳奇的夥伴關係,亦回應史泰德所言:「書籍是一種民主化的藝術形式。」

《在我們得獎之後——New Wave 台灣新銳攝影創作展》


「在我們得獎之後」展出 2024 年首屆「New Wave 攝影創作獎」的 15 組獲獎作品,展覽以「影像會帶我們去哪裡?」揭開序幕,邀請觀眾走進「我從哪裡來?」、「不合時宜的看見」及「影像作為行動」等不同展區,一起在這個影像過剩的年代,看見台灣本土的藝術創作新秀,在影像作品中展現不凡的思考、熱情與創造力。

《親愛的台灣,戶外影像展》(免費參觀)


回應首屆攝影節的主題「民主」,本次展覽如同一封邀請對話的書信:什麼是民主?我們如何在日常生活中實踐它?三組公民組織和藝術家們思考、討論及協作的過程,就像是有人正伏案振筆,一字一句寫下給台灣的心內話,牽動著彼此對於未來的想像。

Gerhard Steidl and Robert Frank — Photobooks as Democratic Art Objects


The collaboration between renowned German publisher Gerhard Steidl and photographer Robert Frank is one of the most iconic partnerships in contemporary photography publishing, deeply shaping the field of photobooks. Curated by Gerhard Steidl, this exhibition focuses on the photobook as a democratic art object and highlights their legendary collaboration. It invites audiences to explore their creative and publishing journey and reflects Steidl’s belief that “books are a democratized form of art.”

After New Wave Photography Award-Emerging Photographers in Taiwan


The exhibition showcases 15 selected works from the New Wave Photography Award 2024. Opening with the theme “Where Will Images Take Us?,” the exhibition invites viewers to explore sections such as “Where Do I Come From?,” “Untimely Visions,” and “Images as Action.” In an age of image abundance, it reveals the profound power of photography as an evolving form of artistic expression.

Dear Taiwan, Outdoor Exhibition


In response to this year’s theme of “democracy,” this exhibition serves as a letter of invitation to dialogue: What is democracy? How do we practice it in our daily lives? The process of reflection, discussion, and collaboration between the three civic groups and artists evokes the scene of someone writing a letter to Taiwan, word by word, voicing their inner thoughts that open up collective imagination for the future.
